A roofed terrace extends the living space outdoors, providing a sheltered area to enjoy the natural surroundings in comfort. On the upper floor, an additional bedroom with 2 beds, a WC, and a lounge with 2 beds open onto a private balcony, offering elevated views of the landscape. The property is further enhanced by a karaoke facility, adding a lively entertainment dimension to your stay.

The chalet sits just 20 metres from Lake Perännejärvi, a shallow lake stretching 8 km in length and 1.2 km in width, featuring a dredged and sanded swimming shore ideal for safe and enjoyable bathing. Further out from the shore, the lake has a soft bottom, and a private boat is available for guests to explore the water at their leisure. A wood-burning hot tub with a capacity of 8 to 10 persons is available for rent, offering a quintessential Nordic outdoor experience. The filling, warming, emptying, and cleaning of the hot tub are managed by the client, and the rental fee is paid on the spot in cash directly to the owner.

The chalet maintains a high standard throughout, with excellent interior décor and a fully equipped interior designed to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Pets are welcome at the property, with a maximum of 2 pets permitted per booking period, subject to an additional pet fee charged per booking period. Final cleaning is included in all rentals made from 9 June 2025 onwards. The hot tub rental is available for a period of 1 day with a single heating or for 2 days, with extended rental periods available at an additional price agreed upon accordingly. Payment for the hot tub rental is made on the spot in cash to the owner.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
