The main level hosts a bright and welcoming living and dining area, partly renovated in 2022, which includes 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 180 cm in length, providing a comfortable sleeping solution for additional guests. From this level, you have direct access to a 10 m2 east-facing terrace, furnished with terrace furniture for your outdoor enjoyment. The kitchenette is also located on this floor and is equipped with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A bathroom and a separate WC complete the facilities on this level. On the upper floor, a gallery with sloping ceilings and a ceiling height ranging from 130 to 200 cm houses 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that this sleeping area is situated in an open-plan gallery space rather than an enclosed bedroom.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
