Covering a generous 99 square metres, the property is positioned in a quiet and sunny location, making it an ideal base for both summer and winter escapes. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room equipped with cable TV and WiFi internet access, alongside an open-plan kitchen thoughtfully furnished with, among other amenities, a Nespresso coffee machine. A separate toilet completes the ground floor layout. On the first floor, the apartment offers 3 bedrooms: the first features 2 single beds measuring 90x190 cm arranged one behind the other, the second is appointed with a double bed composed of 2 beds each measuring 90x190 cm, and the third is equipped with 2 bunk beds accommodating 4 guests at 90x190 cm each. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet as well as a separate shower room serve the sleeping quarters. A baby cot measuring 60x120 cm and a highchair are available on request. The rental includes electricity, heating, water, WiFi, use of the washing machine and tumble dryer, a highchair upon request, kitchen and bathroom towels, an initial supply of bed linen, final cleaning, and the visitor's tax.

The apartment opens onto a small private terrace, offering a pleasant outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding alpine scenery. The terrace provides a peaceful setting ideal for unwinding after a day of hiking or skiing, perfectly complementing the quiet and sun-drenched position of the chalet.

Other Information

A deposit fee of CHF/EUR 300.00 is payable directly in cash to the keyholder upon arrival. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are not included in the rental and are to be sourced separately. A baby cot measuring 60x120 cm is available on request and is not included in the base rental price, and bed linen for the cot is not provided. Pets are welcome at this property; however, it is important to note that in most properties only 1 pet, usually 1 dog, is permitted. Any additional or different animals must be requested and confirmed prior to booking. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for common use in the chalet, managed by the building management.

Distances and Attractions

The property enjoys an excellent location approximately 10 minutes on foot from the car-free centre of Gstaad and its shopping area, making it effortlessly convenient for dining, boutique browsing, and everyday errands. The Eggli cable car is within close proximity, providing swift access to the surrounding mountain terrain for both skiers and hikers alike. Cross-country ski runs are also easily reachable from the chalet. During the winter season, a skibus stop is located just 50 metres from the chalet, ensuring seamless connections to the wider ski area. The apartment serves as an ideal starting point for summer and winter hikes, placing the very best of the Swiss Alps directly at your doorstep.
