The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and features 1 bathroom. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall complete with a separate WC. The generous living and dining room is fitted with a sliding door that leads directly onto the balcony, creating a seamless connection between the interior and outdoor spaces. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 100 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom is appointed with both a bath and shower, as well as a hydro massage shower for added comfort. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrates naturally into the living space, making it ideal for preparing meals while remaining connected to the rest of the apartment. A 15 m2 west-facing balcony extends the living area outdoors and offers a very beautiful panoramic view of the lake, furnished with balcony furniture and deck chairs for your relaxation.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
