1 bedroom apartment for 4 persons with terrace and a wonderful sea view in a residence with reception and swimming pools in Cannes La Bocca, France The maximum occupancy is two adults and two children.
The apartment is located in the well-known and attractive, three-star, Cannes Verrerie Hotel and Condominium Complex only 3,5 km from the famous “La Croisette” Cannes.
There is a large hall with a reception, elevators and meeting room facilities. Two full-size pools as well as a kiddie pool and a water slide. Plenty of terraces for sunbathing. Also available is billiards, ping-pong table and a snack bar.
The pools and sun terraces are all placed in a very attractive garden with flowers and palm trees. Under the building is an enclosed, monitored parking area.
The railroad tracks runs between the Complex and the beach.
Distances: The distance to the beach is only 50 meters and there are several local bars and restaurants as well as shops, supermarkets etc very near the residence. On Saturdays there is a local flea-market and on weekdays (except Monday) a fruit-and vegetable market.
There are lots of possibilities for a perfect holiday for both parents and children, whether one seeks peace and relaxation, or a more active holiday. Frequent bus, and train connexions from La Bocca to the rest of the coast are within easy reach. Distance to the bus stop: 75 meters. Distance to the train station : 500 meters.

The distance from Nice airport is 28 km, to Cannes center: 2,5 km, to Marseilles: 180 km, to Gorges du Verdon: 90 km, to St. Tropez: 85 km and to Aix en Provence: 150 km.

Appartement magnifique avec vue de rêve un parking situé pil-poil en dessous de celui ci mais gros bémols au niveau de l'espace cuisine ou le four est en mauvais état,les casseroles ne sont pas faites pour la plaque vitrocéramique et le nombre de couverts est insuffisant et il n'y a pas d'égouttoir à vaisselle.Le rideau qui donne sur la terrasse n'est pas assez large ce qui empêche la personne couchée dans le salon de dormir correctement.Par contre la personne de l'agence est très sérieuse et nous ne doutons pas d'elle pour faire changer rapidement ces petits détails ce qui pourrait nous inciter à reprendre cette location.

L'appartement est très bien situé au centre de La Bocca. Nous avons pu assister au représentation des sélections du Festival de Cannes au cinéma La Licorne qui se trouve à 5 minutes de cet appartement; Très bon séjour face à la mer.

Wonderful place to stay at a great price. Nothing better than staying right off the beach of the French Riviera. This apartment includes everything a tenant needs to have a very enjoyable stay. Much spacier than a standard hotel and great for relaxing and hosting.
