The ground floor further includes a separate WC with a double hand-basin, as well as direct access to the garden and the terrace. On the upper floor, the property offers 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with a bed measuring 200 cm in width and 220 cm in length, and 1 children's room fitted with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 180 cm in length. The upper floor also features a bathroom with bath, shower, WC, and a double hand-basin.
