Holiday cottage of a high standard, built in 2011. The house is
well-furnished and located approx. 800 m from the North Sea. The house
is located in beautiful surroundings, close to the forest, beach, golf
course and fishing lake. The area is very family friendly with access to
a communal playground, ball field and petanque court. Decorated with
well equipped kitchen with e.g. dishwasher, ceramic cooker, microwave
and fridge/freezer. The living room has leather furniture and large
dining table with plenty of room for everyone. There are flat-screen TVs
connected to cable-TV with German channels, PlayStation3, Wii and
Apple-TV. For a cool summer or autumn evening with rain and drizzle
there is a wood-burning stove. The floors in the living room and kitchen
have heated tile floors. The bathroom is tastefully furnished with
whirlpool, heated tile floor, cupboards and shower. 3 good bedrooms, all
have wooden floors. The mezzanine has an additional flat screen TV
connected to cable-TV. Both open and covered terrace where you can cook
dinner on the grill and enjoy the sunset on the terrace.

Free admittance to the following exciting activities for all seasons for
the entire family in "Multihallen" in Sdr. Nissum (close to the
cottage): fitness, squash, mini-courses for ball games, tennis,

airhockey and electronic darts. All you have to pay for is if you want
to use the shooting simulator.
