On the upper floor, the sleeping quarters are arranged across 4 rooms. The first room contains 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second room offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with access to a balcony. The third room features 1 double bed composed of 2 sections of 80 cm each and 200 cm in length. The fourth room provides another French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm, with a private exit to the terrace. This floor is served by 2 shower rooms, each with a bidet and WC.

The top floor presents a distinctive living space with sloping ceilings ranging from 160 to 250 cm in height, featuring a double sofabed and a flat screen satellite TV, with access to a veranda. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level, both with the same sloping ceiling heights of 160 to 250 cm. The first contains 2 single beds of 80 cm by 200 cm, while the second offers a double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm by 200 cm. A dining room and an open kitchen with 4 hot plates and an oven are also present on this floor. The top floor bathroom includes a shower, a bidet, and a WC, along with a separate WC.
