The main cabin features a combined kitchen and living room, a sleeping alcove with 2 beds, a sleeping loft with mattresses accommodating 3 guests, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a hallway, and a terrace. Please note that while tap water is suitable for household use, drinking water is brought by the owner in a canister. The property also includes a separate sauna building from 1972 measuring 10 square metres, equipped with a wood-burning stove and heater tank, electric light, a living room with a fireplace, and a terrace. A sleeping hut, also dating from 1972 and measuring 15 square metres, is available for summer use only and features a sofa bed for 2, a small kitchen, electric light, electric heating, and an open fireplace. A woodshed is also located on the property. Please note that a smoke sauna and garage on the grounds are reserved for the owner's own use.

The outdoor spaces of this property are a true highlight, offering direct access to the natural beauty of the surrounding Finnish landscape. A sandy beach is located around the pier, providing a welcoming spot for relaxing by the water, and a swimming beach is situated just 5 metres from the separate sauna building. A boat is available for guests to explore the calm waters of Multalampi Pond. The main cabin features a terrace, as does the separate sauna building, both offering pleasant spaces for outdoor dining, relaxation, and enjoying the tranquil surroundings. Water for the sauna is carried directly from the pond, preserving the traditional Finnish sauna experience in its most authentic form.

The sleeping loft within the main cabin has a maximum ceiling height of 1 metre and a floor area of 18 square metres, accessible via a steep ladder, making it best suited for younger or more agile guests. The sleeping alcove measures 5.5 square feet. The separate sauna building is equipped with a wood-burning stove and a heater tank, with water carried from the pond in keeping with traditional practice. The sleeping hut is designated for summer use only and is equipped with electric heating and electric light. Guests should be aware that certain yard buildings on the property, specifically the smoke sauna and the garage, remain in the owner's own use and are not accessible to guests.
