The ground floor also includes 3 bedrooms: the first measures 12 m2 and is furnished with 1 French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), a hand-basin, a private shower, and air conditioning, with a direct exit to the garden. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
