Property Description

Nice hamlet comprising a main villa and 4 apartments situated on the hills near Marsiliana, a small town in the region of Maremma, approx. 14 km away from the Tuscan coastline. These units are part of a large, 3000-hectare farming estate producing excellent wines and olive oil. A large garden with shared pool is available 50 meters from the apartments away. All of the units are welcoming, furnished in a rustic style.
Marsilia 1, 2 are in the hamlet adjoining the main villa and approx. 150 meters from the pool away.
The Uccellina Natural Preserve and the Tuscan coastline (Talamone, Albinia, Porto Ercole, Capalbio ecc…) are in easy reach.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Marsiliana with shops of all kind 1,3 km away, Albinia 14 km, Capalbio 18 km away, Saturnia (with beautiful spas) 25 km, Porto Santo Stefano (ferries to Giglio and Giannutri Islands) 28 km, Grosseto 40 km away, Rome 130 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large garden with above-ground, shared swimming-pool (7 x 3 m – depth 1,2 m), barbecue.
Internet connection available (free of charge).
Extra services to be paid on the spot: Baby bed upon request (€ 15,- / per week). Maid service by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour). Upon request it is possible to organize tasting of the products of the estate.
Small pets are allowed at a fee of € 100,- / week / animal.

Zeer mooie woning, goed verzorgd, nieuwe keuken, ruime slaapkamers, alle voorzieningen dichtbij, schoonmaak wordt tussendoor geregeld, zelfs de was wordt voor je gedaan. Voldoende ruimte rondom het huis. Bijzonder is de geschiedenis van de familie/eigenaren en het pand zelf.

Sufficient space around the house. The history of the family / owners and the property itself is very particular.
