The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows naturally into the living space, while the bathroom is complemented by a separate WC.

The open kitchen features a dishwasher, a microwave, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for self-catering. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
