"Carina" is a beautifully appointed 4-room vacation rental apartment of 150 m2, situated on the 1st floor and designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is spacious and bright, featuring tasteful and comfortable furnishings throughout. The heart of the living space is a large open-plan living and dining room of 45 m2, complete with a panoramic window, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and electric shutters, with direct access to a south-facing balcony of 10 m2. The first bedroom is a large room with a panoramic window, electric shutters, a television, and 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, offering direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. The third bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The apartment also includes a large, open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering. The 2 bathrooms are each fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. Outdoor living is generously catered for with a south-facing balcony of 10 m2 and a large terrace of 70 m2 with north and west-facing positions, both furnished with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and deck chairs, all enjoying a marvellous view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.

The fully fitted open kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 pet or dog permitted. The open-hearth fireplace in the living room adds warmth and ambiance, and logs are available at an extra charge. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
