3-room "T13", house for 4 people, 105 m2, comfortable and modern furnishings.
Living/dining room with satellite TV, DVD and hi-fi system. Smoking not allowed. Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]).
Sleeping room with 1 double bed. Sleeping room with 2 single beds.
Open kitchen with 4 hot plates, micro wave, oven, dining table, dishwasher, fridge and deep freezer.
Shower/WC and bidet.
Patio, terrace furniture, 4 deck chairs.

Price Match
The property was generally as described. However I believe that the WiFi should have been included as general phone reception was not good without is. Also whilst I understand that having the pool heated was an option it was far too cold to be used at this time of the year without heating.
Better instruction in English on the use of the TV would have been appreciated.
Lastly we had an issue with 3 cockroaches found within the villa even though it was very clean and no food had been left out. Hopefully these could be eradicated for future tenants.
Otherwise everything was fine. The villa was clean and well maintained and equipped with pretty much everything you needed to make it a home from home. I would certainly recommend it to friends and family.
