The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each also measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it ideal for children or additional guests. The living and dining area is a welcoming space that includes a dining table, offering a comfortable setting for shared meals. The bathroom features a bath and shower, while a separate WC provides added convenience. A large balcony extends the living space outdoors and comes furnished with balcony furniture, offering a truly spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valley.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
