Eiger Residence Top Floor Apt P is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental spanning 95 m2 on the top floor, accommodating a maximum of 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is spacious and bright, partly featuring sloping ceilings that add architectural character, and is furnished in a comfortable and modern style throughout. The open-plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light thanks to a panoramic window that frames breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, the valley, and the Jungfrau. The first bedroom is fitted with 3 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers 2 beds of the same dimensions, ensuring restful accommodation for all guests. The large, open kitchen is fully equipped and designed for both everyday cooking and convivial entertaining. The 2 bathrooms are configured separately, with one featuring a bath and WC and the other offering a shower and WC, providing convenient facilities for the entire group.

The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
