The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped and forms a functional part of the overall layout, seamlessly integrated into the living space. The apartment's ground floor position opens onto a west-facing terrace with access to a small garden, offering a very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
