The fully open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area, offering a well-equipped culinary space for guests who enjoy preparing their own meals. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms: the first is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, while the second features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The apartment is served by 2 shower rooms, each with a WC. Outdoor living is equally well considered, with a south-facing balcony and an additional smaller west-facing balcony, both furnished with balcony furniture and offering a very beautiful view of the mountains.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
