The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom contains 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 180 cm in length. A separate living room provides a welcoming communal space centered around an open-hearth fireplace, which is present for decorative purposes only, along with a dining table that makes the area ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings. The kitchen is fully appointed and open to the living and dining area, creating a convivial and functional layout. On the upper floor, accessible via a ladder, an open gallery serves as an additional sleeping area featuring 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. It is important to note that this mezzanine level is not suitable for children and that, rather than forming an enclosed bedroom, this sleeping space occupies an open-plan area. The bathroom facilities consist of a shower room, a combined shower and WC, and a separate WC.
