The generous living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, complete with a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A large open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space, and a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture offers a marvellous panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
