Also on this level, 1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, along with individual air conditioning. The ground floor also includes an open kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a freezer, as well as a shower room with WC.
On the upper floor, a living room with a flat screen satellite TV, a DVD player, and air conditioning offers a comfortable relaxing space, with access to a second roofed terrace of 15 m2. This floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, bringing the total to 3 bedrooms throughout the property. The first of these rooms contains a double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm and is fitted with air conditioning, while the second contains 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with air conditioning.
