The fully equipped open kitchen of 7 m2 is adjacent to the living space and connects naturally to the rest of the ground floor. Also on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms of 12 m2 each are furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and a shared bathroom with bath, shower, and WC completes this level. On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms of 18 m2 each are appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each of these rooms benefits from its own shower and WC. A fourth bedroom on the upper floor, measuring 12 m2, is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length and is served by a separate WC.
