On the ground floor, the welcoming open-plan living and dining area of 29 m2 features a decorative open-hearth fireplace, a flat screen television, a radio, and a CD player, with direct access to both the garden and the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen of 7 m2 is adjacent to the living space and connects naturally to the rest of the ground floor. Also on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms of 12 m2 each are furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and a shared bathroom with bath, shower, and WC completes this level. On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms of 18 m2 each are appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each of these rooms benefits from its own shower and WC. A fourth bedroom on the upper floor, measuring 12 m2, is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length and is served by a separate WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
