This vacation rental is a 2-room apartment spanning 72 square metres across 2 levels, situated on the 4th floor with an east-facing position. The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features 2 bedrooms along with 1 bathroom. On the main level, the living and dining area is furnished with 1 double sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a flexible sleeping arrangement for additional guests. This space also offers direct access to the terrace, where terrace furniture is provided and a beautiful view of the sea can be enjoyed. The kitchenette on this floor is fully equipped for self-catering stays. A separate WC is also located on this level. On the upper floor, a gallery area features 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A separate room on this floor contains 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom with WC is also situated on the upper floor. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, specifically the gallery.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
