A garage is available on request at an additional nightly rate, and the tenant of the garage is granted access to the entire garage entrance area. In the event that the garage is not rented, a vehicle may be parked within the garage entrance. Any surplus vehicles must be parked in the village. Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region benefit from the SIMMENTAL CARD, which grants free travel on public transport throughout the Simmental and Saanenland areas, making it easy to explore the wider region without the need for a private vehicle.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
