The first bedroom is a large room fitted with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a private shower, a WC, a double hand-basin, and a flat-screen television. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat-screen television, air conditioning, and direct access to a balcony. The third bedroom is also a large room with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat-screen television, air conditioning, and its own access to a balcony. The apartment further includes a large open-plan kitchen fitted with a bar, as well as a separate shower room with a WC and a double hand-basin.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
