The property accommodates a maximum of 7 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to ensure comfort and privacy for all occupants.

On the ground floor, a generous living and dining room of 52 m2 serves as the heart of the home, complete with a flat screen cable TV and air conditioning. This inviting space opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool area. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm and provides access to a private balcony. An open kitchen is also situated on this floor, equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and WC, with a separate additional WC also available.

The upper floor features an entrance hall with air conditioning and offers access to 3 further bedrooms. The first of these is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a balcony. A gallery area with sloping ceilings, where the ceiling height ranges from 150 to 220 cm, contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Kroatien verbracht. Das Haus liegt in toller Lage auf einem Berg mit einem mega Rundumblick auf das Meer. Das Haus und der Garten versprechen alles was man sich wünscht und vorgestellt hat. Die Grillecke haben wir sehr oft genutzt, zum Grillen und Relaxen, da es nachmittags dort schön schattig ist mit leichtem Wind. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist schön, aber die Vollklimatisierung war das Beste bei den heißen Temperaturen. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist das kein einziges deutsches Fernsehprogramm zu sehen war, obwohl nach Aussage des Vermieters zu 90% an Deutsche vermietet wird und eine Satellitenschüssel vorhanden ist, aber anders ausgerichtet. Da wir aber Sky Go nutzen und einen Laptop mit hatten konnten wir die EM verfolgen. Fazit: Dieses Haus würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder mieten. Sehr nette Vermieter, die innerhalb kürzester Zeit vor Ort waren, wenn es irgendein Problemchen gab. Können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und der Pool war auch Klasse.
