Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright and comfortable living and dining room, complete with a dining table, satellite TV, and a hi-fi system, with direct access to a 6 m2 balcony offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the ski run, and the resort. The sleeping accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, as well as a third room with 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed, also featuring sloping ceilings. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC. Please be aware that reaching the apartment requires climbing 16 steps.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
