This convivial space opens directly onto a furnished terrace, ideal for outdoor relaxation. Also on the ground floor, there is 1 room with 1 bed, alongside an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will discover 2 double bedrooms, offering comfortable and private sleeping quarters. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
