The open living and sleeping room features sloping ceilings, a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a decorative open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and direct access to the south-facing balcony. The second room, also with sloping ceilings, is furnished with a double bed consisting of 2 single mattresses each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also provides access to the balcony. A small children's room with sloping ceilings contains 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and dedicated space for younger guests. The single bathroom is configured as a combined bath and WC. Carpet flooring features throughout the apartment, adding to the overall warmth and comfort of the space.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
