"Les Mas de Cogolin 3" is a charming 4-room terraced house spanning 66 m2 across 2 levels, partly renovated in 2024 and thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor welcomes you into a warm and cosy living and dining area, complete with a flat screen TV and direct access to a partly roofed terrace of 15 m2 with a south-east facing position and open views of the surrounding countryside. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows naturally from the living space. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. 1 of the bedrooms offers direct access to a small south-east facing balcony of 3 m2, while the remaining 2 bedrooms are equally comfortable and well-appointed. A second shower room with WC serves the upper floor, ensuring convenience for all guests.

The vacation rental is equipped with a comprehensive selection of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen features a full suite of appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Senseo capsules, which are available as an extra. For outdoor dining and entertaining, an electric barbecue and terrace furniture are provided on the 15 m2 terrace. Air conditioning is available throughout the property to ensure a pleasant atmosphere regardless of the season. A washing machine is on hand for added convenience during longer stays. The living area is equipped with a flat screen television for your entertainment. Pets are welcome at this property, with a maximum of 1 small pet or dog permitted.

This property is a non-smoking house, and guests are kindly asked to respect this rule throughout their stay. A dedicated parking space, numbered 4, is available for your use. The property is fitted with a smoke alarm for your safety and peace of mind. Please be aware that internet access is not available at this accommodation. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
