The ground floor welcomes you into a warm and cosy living and dining area, complete with a flat screen TV and direct access to a partly roofed terrace of 15 m2 with a south-east facing position and open views of the surrounding countryside. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows naturally from the living space. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. 1 of the bedrooms offers direct access to a small south-east facing balcony of 3 m2, while the remaining 2 bedrooms are equally comfortable and well-appointed. A second shower room with WC serves the upper floor, ensuring convenience for all guests.

The kitchen features a full suite of appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Senseo capsules, which are available as an extra. For outdoor dining and entertaining, an electric barbecue and terrace furniture are provided on the 15 m2 terrace. Air conditioning is available throughout the property to ensure a pleasant atmosphere regardless of the season. A washing machine is on hand for added convenience during longer stays. The living area is equipped with a flat screen television for your entertainment. Pets are welcome at this property, with a maximum of 1 small pet or dog permitted.
