The ground floor welcomes you into a warm and cosy living and dining area, complete with a flat screen TV and direct access to a partly roofed terrace of 15 m2 with a south-east facing position and open views of the surrounding countryside. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows naturally from the living space. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. 1 of the bedrooms offers direct access to a small south-east facing balcony of 3 m2, while the remaining 2 bedrooms are equally comfortable and well-appointed. A second shower room with WC serves the upper floor, ensuring convenience for all guests.
