The dedicated bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a comfortable and private resting space. A sleeping alcove provides further accommodation with 1 set of bunk beds sized 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length, ideal for younger guests or additional occupants. Please be aware that, instead of an entirely enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located within an open-plan area, including the alcove arrangement described above. The kitchenette is well-equipped for self-catering stays, featuring 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and a combination microwave. The apartment also includes a bathroom and a separate WC. A west-facing terrace of 6 m2 extends the living space outdoors and comes furnished with terrace furniture, perfect for enjoying the afternoon and evening light.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
