On the ground floor, a large open living room of 80 m2 serves as the heart of the property, featuring a Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, and a radio and hi-fi system, with direct access to the garden and terrace. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom of 10 m2 is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A billiard room of 25 m2 and an open kitchen complete the ground floor layout, along with a shower room with WC. The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms, all featuring sloping ceilings. The first upper-floor bedroom measures 20 m2 and is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second upper-floor bedroom measures 20 m2 and contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third upper-floor bedroom measures 16 m2 and is also equipped with 2 single beds of the same dimensions. The property therefore offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the upper floor served by a full bath with WC.
