Unit Layout

Chalet Arvine is a beautifully appointed 5-room vacation rental spread across 3 levels, offering a total surface area of 200 m2 and accommodating up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main level welcomes you through an entrance hall that leads into a generous living and dining room of 80 m2, featuring a panoramic window, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and access to both a balcony and a terrace. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. A separate WC completes the main floor.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bath and WC. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, with a shower and WC en suite. On the upper floor, 2 further large bedrooms are available. The first is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by a private bath, WC, and a double hand-basin. The second upper-floor bedroom also features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own bath and WC.

The chalet is comprehensively equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen benefits from a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set including both chinoise and cheese variations. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A washing machine and dryer are also provided for your convenience. For outdoor dining and entertaining, the terrace is furnished with terrace furniture, 2 deck chairs, and a barbecue. The living area features a cable television and a hi-fi system, ensuring entertainment options for all guests. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
