On the ground level, the house welcomes you with a warm and elegantly furnished living room complete with an open-hearth fireplace and a flat screen cable TV, alongside a dining room with a bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a balcony with an east-facing position, offering stunning views from the very heart of the home. A shower room and a separate WC complete the facilities on this level.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms. The first features 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This floor also benefits from a balcony with an east-facing orientation and is served by a full bathroom with bath and WC.

The top floor hosts 3 additional rooms, each featuring sloping ceilings and 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This level also includes an open small playroom with a TV and DVD player, as well as a shower room with WC.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
