The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a balcony with an east-facing position, offering stunning views from the very heart of the home. A shower room and a separate WC complete the facilities on this level.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms. The first features 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This floor also benefits from a balcony with an east-facing orientation and is served by a full bathroom with bath and WC.
