The property accommodates 2 adults or a family with 1 to 2 children, making it an ideal base for exploring one of the most scenic alpine regions in the country. Throughout the entire apartment, including from the open kitchen, you are treated to a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, a backdrop that transforms every moment indoors into a visual delight. The living room features a sofa, and on the 1st floor gallery you will find a sleeping area with a sofa bed for 2 persons as well as a bedroom with a double bed fitted with Bico mattresses. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and a hairdryer is available for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with an automatic coffee machine using coffee beans, an Italian espresso pot, a microwave, a toaster, and everything you need to prepare a traditional raclette or fondue. For your entertainment, a large television with many channels is provided, and on the gallery you will discover a generous selection of games, books, photo books, and children's books, with an additional large library located in the garage. Wireless internet connectivity is available throughout the property, ensuring you remain connected during your stay. The rental includes electricity, heating, garage access, parking, kitchen towels, bed linen, bath towels, and a final cleaning service.

The white box used to operate the sun blind is stored in the top drawer and should be returned there after use.

Please be aware of the spiral staircase within the property when moving between floors. The laundry room, which is situated behind the garage, is equipped with a tumble dryer for your convenience. In winter, depending on the snow conditions, snow chains may be compulsory on the access road, Bühlbergstrasse, leading to the chalet, and guests are kindly asked to take this into account when planning their arrival. Fresh local produce including bread, milk, cheese, and meat can be purchased directly from nearby farms. Guests benefit from the Simmentalcard, a guest card that allows overnight visitors in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region to travel free of charge on public transport throughout the Simmental and Saanenland area, making it easy to explore the wider region without a car.

You will be staying in a 70 m2 maisonette with a gallery. The maisonette features a 1st floor sleeping area with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed equipped with Bico mattresses, and a living room with a sofa (no sofa bed). The open kitchen is fully equipped with an automatic coffee machine (beans) and an Italian espresso pot, as well as all the necessary utensils for raclette and fondue, a microwave, and a toaster. The large balcony, protected from the rain, offers a rattan lounge and a large granite table for relaxation or dining, with a sun blind to provide shade when needed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and a hairdryer is provided.
