The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to the terrace, making it a particularly pleasant retreat. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it an ideal space for 2 guests. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC, providing added convenience for all occupants. A private terrace of 7 m2 is accessible from both the living area and the first bedroom, furnished with terrace furniture and offering beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
