The main level features a living/dining room with a sofa bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV with a flat-screen, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is an exit leading to a terrace. The main level also includes one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit to a balcony. The open kitchen is well-equipped with two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC are also conveniently located on this level.

Payments And Cancellation Charges

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
