On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright living and dining room furnished with a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing additional sleeping comfort when needed. From this space, you have direct access to a terrace. A dedicated bedroom on this level is equipped with a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto a private balcony of 2 m2. The open kitchen on this floor is fitted with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, replicates the same generous layout.
