The spacious living room is equipped with a cable TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD collection, and opens directly onto the terrace. Also on the ground floor, you will find 1 double bedroom furnished with 2 beds and a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a shower room. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, hosts 4 additional double bedrooms, all featuring sloping ceilings. 3 of these rooms each contain 2 beds, a hand-basin, and a fan, while the fourth double bedroom is furnished with 2 beds and a fan. A separate WC is also available on the upper floor. Outside, the property benefits from a terrace, a garden, terrace furniture, and a box-room.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
