Built in 2014, the villa is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 7 guests across a well-appointed living space that includes a combined living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms each furnished with a 160 cm double bed, and a spacious sleeping loft accessible via steps from the second bedroom, equipped with a 160 cm double bed and 2 single beds, as well as a dedicated desk ideal for teleworking. The property also features a traditional wood-heated sauna, a washroom with shower and WC, and a dressing room. Guests benefit from high-speed wireless Internet access via a 4G connection with speeds of up to 300M, keeping you seamlessly connected throughout your stay. A Smart TV is available for entertainment, while a heat-reserving fireplace and baking oven, an air source heat pump, and underfloor heating in the washroom ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere in every season. A cot and high chair for a baby are available free of charge upon advance booking.

A 7-person hot tub is embedded directly into the terrace and can be rented separately during summer from 1st May to 30th September, or at other times provided there is no frost, for an additional cost. The hot tub is wood-heated, and firewood as well as cleaning are included in the rental price. Reservations for the hot tub must be made through Lomarengas no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date and must cover the entire duration of the accommodation period. The lake itself, just 25 m from the villa, features a rowing boat and a swimming pier, offering direct access to the water for swimming and leisurely rowing. In winter, ice swimming is also possible for the more adventurous guest. A disc golf course rounds out the recreational offerings, providing outdoor fun for guests of all ages.

The villa is equipped with an air source heat pump and underfloor heating in the washroom, ensuring comfortable temperatures throughout the year regardless of the season. A heat-reserving fireplace and baking oven add both warmth and character to the interior living spaces.
