Other Information
This villa is rented exclusively to families and other groups who appreciate a peaceful and quiet holiday environment. Bookings are not accepted for groups consisting entirely of guests under 25 years of age. All bookings conclude no later than 12 noon on the day of departure, including those falling on weekends.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
