The ground floor welcomes you through an entrance hall that leads into a large, spacious living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen satellite TV with DVD player, as well as direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen is fitted with a bar and comes complete with an oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with Senseo capsules available at an additional cost. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin.

The ground floor sleeping arrangements include 4 bedrooms distributed across both levels. The first bedroom on the ground floor features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length, a television, and direct access to the garden. The second ground floor bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length, with access to the terrace.

On the upper floor, you will find a third bedroom with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm wide and 180 cm in length, with access to a terrace. The fourth bedroom on this level features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, a private bathroom with bath, shower and WC, as well as a television and DVD player. Additionally, a gallery area with sloping ceilings and a ceiling height of 170 cm accommodates 1 single bed measuring 80 cm wide and 190 cm in length. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
