This property is rented exclusively to families and other groups who appreciate a calm and peaceful holiday atmosphere. Reservations are not accepted for groups composed entirely of guests under 25 years of age. The house is equipped with mechanical ventilation throughout, ensuring a comfortable and well-regulated indoor environment. Please note that there is no fireplace in the property. For all new reservations made after June 30, 2025, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the reservation, simplifying your arrival and departure experience.
