Holiday taxes apply on a seasonal basis and include the SaastalCard: during summer, from 01.06. to 31.10., the daily rate is CHF 10.80 for adults and CHF 7.30 for children aged 6 to 15.99 years; during winter, from 01.11. to 31.05., the daily rate is CHF 7.20 for adults and CHF 3.60 for children aged 6 to 15.99 years. Included within these taxes is unlimited travel on all PostAuto buses throughout the entire Saas Valley from your first night of stay, as well as access in summer to 8 cableways, covering all lifts with the exception of the MetroAlpin.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
