Please be aware that the chalet does not have a lift, and access to the property is exclusively via the steep 90-metre footpath. Taxis and cabs are unable to stop directly in front of the house due to the nature of the location, so guests should plan their arrivals and departures accordingly. Key handover is managed by the agency Interhome in Zermatt, who will coordinate access to the property on your behalf.
