We had to wait for Simona (rep of the resort) and the cleaner. At 10.20 am they finally arrived, no apology of some sort. My husband was very angry, but Simona kept arguing it wasn't her fault... The fact that we need to pay a deposit of 500 euros in cash is not something of this day and age. We would have preferred to leave much earlier, but had to wait for the money to be returned.
