Welcome to "Strandläufer," a charming vacation rental apartment of 45 m2 spread across 3 rooms on the upper floor, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment features partly sloping ceilings that lend it a cosy and intimate character. The living and dining room, measuring 13 m2, serves as the central gathering space for the entire group. The first bedroom, spanning 9 m2, is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom, measuring 6 m2, is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds with a sleeping width of 90 cm and a length of 200 cm, making it a practical and comfortable space for younger guests. The apartment offers a total of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the latter configured as a shower with WC. A small balcony completes the living space, furnished with balcony furniture for your outdoor enjoyment.

The apartment is well equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette features 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for preparing meals and refreshments. Please be aware that the refrigerator does not include a freezer compartment. The living and dining room is fitted with a cable television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, offering a well-rounded entertainment setup for relaxing evenings. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
