On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living and dining room of 42 m2 forms the heart of the property, offering a welcoming space for relaxation and meals. An open kitchen is directly accessible from this area, fully equipped for everyday cooking needs. A separate WC is also located on this level. The upper floor hosts 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom measures 15 m2 and features 1 double bed with dimensions of 2 x 90 cm and a length of 200 cm. The second bedroom measures 10 m2 and is furnished with 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC. A south-west facing terrace of 20 m2 extends the living space outdoors and comes furnished with terrace furniture, ideal for enjoying the natural light throughout the day.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
