"Koralle" is a 2-room vacation rental apartment of 45 m2, situated on the ground floor and thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests across 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area spans 20 m2 and features a double sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. This welcoming space also offers direct access to the terrace, making it ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors. The separate bedroom covers 10 m2 and is furnished with a double bed composed of 2 single mattresses, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. The apartment also benefits from a small private terrace and a small garden, both furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor enjoyment.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for self-catering. Heating is available throughout the apartment, ensuring a warm and pleasant atmosphere regardless of the season. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 1 pet or dog permitted during the stay. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
