This elegantly furnished vacation rental is a 2-room apartment of 35 m2, situated on the first floor of the building and oriented toward the south, offering a bright and pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 bedroom along with 1 bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that includes a separate WC. The living and dining area is thoughtfully arranged and features a double sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for additional guests. From the living area, you have direct access to a south-facing balcony of 10 m2, furnished with balcony furniture and offering a distant view of the sea. The 1 bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom features a shower. Please note that the upper floor of the apartment is not accessible and is closed by a hatch at the top of the stairs.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
