"Orion 205" is a beautifully appointed vacation rental offering a generous 59 m2 of living space on the 4th floor of the building, with a north-facing orientation that provides a partial view of the mountains. Fully renovated in 2023, this 3-room apartment features charming sloping ceilings and carefully selected furnishings that combine comfort with refined aesthetics. The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright and spacious living and dining area, complete with a dining table and direct access to the north-facing balcony. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from access to the north-facing balcony. The second bedroom is a children's room fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Please be aware that this room does not have a window. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the dining area, making it ideal for shared meals. The single bathroom features a shower and WC. A small north-facing balcony of 9 m2 completes the layout, furnished with outdoor seating and offering a partial view of the surrounding mountains.

The fully equipped open kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, an electric kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules compatible with the La Mocca Nespresso system are available at an extra charge. Additional kitchen equipment includes a raclette grill and a cheese fondue set, perfect for enjoying traditional alpine dining experiences. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
